Packing employee

This role involves working in a <strong>refrigerated environment</strong> (approximately 10°C).</p> <p>Your main tasks include:</p> <ul> <li>Checking product quality</li> <li>Packing various products (such as fish, snacks, vegetables, etc.) into boxes or bags</li> <li>Applying labels</li> <li>Stacking boxes on pallets</li> <li>Maintaining close communication with the operator</li> <li>Other related tasks</li> </ul> <p>What we expect from you:</p> <ul> <li>You have previous experience in a production environment or are willing to learn, and you can work flexibly in a <strong>three-shift system</strong> (morning, late and night shift).</li> <li>You are comfortable performing physical work at a steady pace.</li> <li>You have a good command of Dutch or English to understand safety instructions.</li> <li>You can travel independently to Dendermonde each day, as the company is located in an industrial zone and<strong> is not accessible by public transport</strong>.</li> <li>You are looking for long-term employment and are willing to complete a 2-hour packing test after a successful interview.</li> </ul>
