Manager, Customer Supply Chain - Walmart

The Manager, Customer Supply Chain supports the Walmart sales leads as the customer supply chain expert.  They will directly interact with the Walmart Customer Supply Chain team. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for customer score card data collection and presentation
• Provides supply chain expertise/support to sales teams during JBP presentations and customer business reviews.
• Provides insights and trend analysis to drive internal forecast along with providing monthly order tracking, also own forecast changes at all levels at Walmart
• Owner of the new item creation process - Item 360 at Walmart
• Collaborates with internal cross functional teams to identify opportunities and drive solutions

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, or other quantitative business discipline. 
• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain preferably within a CPG industry;
• Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles and concepts. 
• Thorough grasp of key internal and customer forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.  Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship management skill. 
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to serve as project manager, working with cross functional and customer teams.  Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and customer partners at all levels.
