Dairy/Frozen Stocker - Lebanon Store - Full Time

Job Summary:  Stock and maintain product for specific area for retail sales.  Act as a mentor to new employees.  Maintain department operations in the absence of the Dairy Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Stock product according to standards to give a full, pleasing appearance on shelves or display areas.
2. Price product and makes price changes in accordance with standard procedures to reflect cost of goods and margin requirements.
3. Clean assigned areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions.  Clean shelves, bins, tables, and coolers on a regularly scheduled basis.
4. Consult with Dairy Manager on planning and execution of resetting of sections to accommodate new products or to discontinue slower-selling items. 
5. Maintain high in-stock levels without excessive back stock; understand product movement. 
6. May order product from suppliers based on available space, inventory on hand, customer demand or specials through primary vendors.
7. Possess an extensive knowledge of products, vendors, and sales in accordance with standards for assigned area

Qualifications:  High school or equivalent.  Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably on a regular basis.

Attendance Requirements:  Flexible hours that include evenings and weekends.
