Position Overview:
Working as a Lead Elementary Math/Ela Teacher at KIPP Wonder Academy, you are motivated in meeting needs and nurturing the strengths of young minds. In addition to engaging in a positive learning classroom environment, you have the experience of leading your classrooms to engage students in sparking their curiosity. You know that the first steps of a student's learning set the tone for the rest of their lives and you’re there to support them every day. Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid Missouri Teacher Substitute Certification or Appropriate Missouri Teacher Certification (Elementary 1-6, Birth - 3rd, etc.) or a willingness to become certified ASAP
Pass Criminal Background Check
Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap
Additional Information
What we bring to the table:
Up to $200/day for a substitute with a Missouri Substitute certification.
- Please note that this position does not include paid holidays or extended school breaks (fall break, winter break, or spring break). Pay is according to days and hours worked daily.
Benefits: For full-time substitutes only. If consecutively employed during a probationary period of 90 days, team members will receive the option to elect our substitute gold benefits package consisting of $0 deductible in medical, dental, and vision insurance.
