With revenue of more than $12 billion in FY22 and approximately 25,000 people globally working alongside 125,000 global customers, ADI ensures today’s innovators stay Ahead of What’s Possible.</p><p><span><b>Location:<span> </span></b></span><span>Limerick, Cork or Dublin</span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Analog Device’s </span><span>CoreAI</span><span> team is looking</span><span> for a</span><span> Senior Manager of AI </span><span>Model </span><span>Governance</span><span> to </span><span>execute and</span><span> development of </span><span>AI governance</span><span> for models and system.</span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Define and lead the development of technical controls for model and algorithm development.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Setting up </span><span>controls</span><span> to detect anomalies in AI</span><span> systems and models.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>K</span><span>eep track of the AI systems that are being developed </span><span>and e</span><span>nsure quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments of AI models.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Negotiate with vendors and manage the model supply chain.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>Qualifications: </span></span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Master’s in Computer Science</span><span>, Artificial Intelligence,</span><span> or a related discipline. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>At </span><span>least </span><span>10</span><span> years of </span><span>full-time industry experience</span><span>, with at least 5 years</span><span> in </span><span>AI in</span><span> model governance and development of technical controls.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments for AI models.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Hands on experience with benchmarking and evaluation of AI models and systems.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p>#LI-VD1</p><p></p><p>For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
