Senior DevOps Engineer (Multi-cloud)

We are licensed partners of Microsoft Azure (MS Gold), Amazon Web Services (AWS Partner &amp; Reseller) and Google. </p><p></p><h3><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain automated build processes and scripts for Node.js, Python, Java, Flutter, React, and Angular projects.</li><li>Develop and manage containerization workflows using Docker, including multi-stage builds, optimized images, and security best practices.</li><li>Architect and operate Kubernetes-based deployments across various cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).</li><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and other relevant tooling.</li><li>Implement GitOps workflows using platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux, ensuring declarative infrastructure and automated delivery.</li><li>Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform or other HashiCorp tooling.</li><li>Automate deployments, environment provisioning, configuration management, and release processes.</li><li>Ensure observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting are implemented and continuously improved.</li><li>Work closely with development teams to shape CI/CD workflows, build standards, and deployment strategies.</li><li>Enhance system reliability, scalability, and security across all environments.</li><li>Maintain cloud-native environments and ensure best practices for cost management, performance, and resilience.</li><li>Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for deployment- and environment-related issues.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding DevOps practices, deployment patterns, and cloud-native architecture.<br/> </li></ul><h3><strong>Salary range: </strong></h3><p><strong>Poland &amp; EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off</strong></p><p><strong>Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>We want you on board if you have:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering or system operations roles.</li><li>Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.</li><li>Strong expertise with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment models.</li><li>Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI, or comparable tools.</li><li>Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration templating.</li><li>Deep understanding of GitOps principles and experience implementing GitOps workflows.</li><li>Solid experience automating builds and deployments for Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular, and Flutter-based applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS); familiarity with OpenAI services is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, secrets management, and cloud security posture management.</li><li>Experience implementing monitoring/observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).</li><li>Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.</li><li>Strong understanding of version control concepts, branching strategies, and release management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex, multi-service distributed systems.</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.</li></ul><h3><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience working in e-commerce, high-traffic systems, and/or microservices architectures.</li><li>Familiarity with HashiCorp tools beyond Terraform (e.g., Vault, Consul).</li><li>Experience working with hybrid multi-cloud environments.</li><li>Exposure to or interest in AI/ML products, including OpenAI-based tools or workflows.</li><li>Background in performance tuning, cost optimization, and scaling of containerized applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3><strong>In return, we offer:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Access to the WorkSm
