Summary
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Site Manager to provide management and oversight of all activities related to the task order PWS. The selected candidate will serve as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) to plan, manage and execute all new and current ARCNet site issues. Coordinate with distributed sites for DMO related equipment support and potential connectivity. The position is in Des Moines, IA supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) 132nd Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) #LI-MJ1
What you will do
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Lead site management project efforts; plan, manage and execute new site connections in support of the DTOC mission.

Provide planning and integration activities related to the integration and maintenance of new and existing sites on DTOC related DMO networks.

Plan and facilitate new site integration activities to include:

Development of integration timelines
-
Conduct and coordinate telecoms and In Process Reviews (IPR)

Coordination of equipment procurement and installation activities

Coordination of network circuit procurement and management activities

Provide liaison/consultation support to new and existing user community members on topics related to system and network integration into the DTOC DMO environment.

Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on DTOC related DMO topics and activities.

Provide status, guidance and recommendations to DTOC leadership on all site management related topics and activities.

Provide long-range planning support for DTOC related activities.
What you must have
- 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
