Principal Project Manager

This is a Project Manager role, working on various CSS projects, for Oracle customers.5+ years IT project management experience, in B2B environments. PRINCE2 / PMP and standard ITIL Certification is desirable. Experience in delivering large scale IT projects and, preferably, experience in delivering Cloud solutions. Experience in delivering projects for external customers or third parties is desirable. Demonstrates in-depth understanding of customers' industries and core business processes, and their technical and business needs. Evidence of delivering projects via a proven Project Management Methodology. Experience in escalation management, risk management, issue management and change control. Ability to build significant long-term relationships with key customer contacts and members of the project team. Extensive customer "face-to-face" experience at middle or executive levels. Solid industry experience/knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator.

WHAT WE DO

The primary role of the team is to manage complex IT infrastructure projects and programmes for our customers in EMEA, following standard methodology and best practices in project and programme management.

What we need

Proven experience in project management, incident management, risk management, issue management and change control is mandatory. Experience in delivering projects for external customers or third parties is desirable. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience in a technology-related field

Your role will be to manage large scale customer projects, delivering CSS solutions to business-driven, technically complex requirements across the complete Oracle stack. 7-10 years Enterprise implementation experience, IT Service management, Project management or Account Management experience and/or Advanced Educational degree. Project Management or Service Management certification is desirable - ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or University equivalent. Subject Matter expertise in industry or product(s). Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior executives. Demonstrated expertise in large (multi-site or international) IT projects. Working Globally is desirable.
