The goal of GES is to help all internal customer to improve their business by offering best-in class services with the highest cost efficiencies. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Head of GES Digital &amp; Tech is heading the Global Enterprise Services Digital &amp; Tech Service Delivery Unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>The GbS TS organization has a global setup. A lot of technical and system activities are executed in the back offices in India by internals and externals; from the dsm-firmenich employees in every other location an “orchestration” responsibility is expected. Results are delivered via others and not all activities are done in proximity of the central or affiliate organization. This means that all people involved should have a global view and mindset to solve issues and deliver solutions to the business. At the same time the affiliates are aware of the local needs and circumstances; in this way the services are global and at the same time meeting the requirements of the local customer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>As member of the Global Leadership Team of GES responsible for the building and implementation of the GES strategy and management of the global GES Digital &amp; Tech organization, to deliver the required shared services to Corporate Staff, All Business Groups and Service Units worldwide.</li> <li>Accountable for managing and guiding the GES Digital &amp; Tech organization and accountable for the overall performance of the unit in terms of deliverables, services, quality, sustainability, cost and communication towards the business.</li> <li>Responsible for implementing the global Digital &amp; Tech strategy and solutions.</li> <li>Accountable for the definition and implementation of Strategy, Policies and guidelines for all the services and products delivered by GES D&amp;T.</li> <li>Accountable for continuous improvement of GES D&amp;T and give guidance to the global end to end collaboration. </li> <li>Accountable to develop and maintain the right knowledge and competence for the GES D&amp;T organization.</li> <li>Actively contribute to the Global Leadership Team of GES, Reference boards, review boards, regional customer meetings and other Business meetings where applicable.</li> <li>Active contribution to the CIDO Leadership Team in order to align GES D&amp;T services with the demand of the business.</li> <li>Deliver the synergy to the business by harmonizing the business requirements as much as possible.</li> <li>Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and service suppliers</li> <li>Accountable for delivery, cost, quality and sustainability of services provided by vendors/suppliers/partners.</li> <li>Represent DSM-Firmenich GES and Digital &amp; Tech organizations externally.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We bring</p> <ul> <li>a global setting across all time zones and multiple cultures, locations, customers, suppliers, and multiple services with their own dynamics and characteristics.  </li> <li>An environment where developments in the shared services industry are ongoing, especially in the areas of technology, outsourcing suppliers, locations or organizational structures. </li> <li>An everchanging landscape and always evolving needs of the businesses and Business Partners </li> <li>A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset;</li> <li>The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose;</li> <li>A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome;</li> <li>Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or ident
