Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a collaborative, results-oriented individual to join our Kroger business.
In this role, you’ll need to be very comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, advance strategic initiatives, and successfully navigate solutions to complex business challenges. You will collaborate, develop, and implement solutions to meet the requirements and support the Coca-Cola system's business objectives and strategies.
The Still Portfolio Senior Manager will work closely with the Kroger customer sales leads, bottling partners, and Kroger merchants to advance the Still Portfolio business at Kroger. They will also lead the call point and category for specific Coca-Cola Still Portfolios.
In addition, this role will lead the development and stewardship of specific portfolio initiatives with the bottling system, customer team, and Kroger. Helping advance the execution, alignment, and performance of this critical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy development and build plans to grow the respective Still Portfolio categories
- Develop and execute a customer-focused business plan that grows the Still Portfolio and in a sustainable, profitable manner
- Partner with Total Sales team and bottling system to implement key programming and initiatives
- Support business plans based on knowledge, expertise, and global insights to meet or exceed business plan objectives
- Lead Kroger specific strategic sales initiatives in collaboration with Kroger sales team peers, Bottling partners and cross-functional partners
- Foster collaborative partnerships with Kroger merchants, North America Operating Unit business leads, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, bottling ownerships, and team members
- Demonstrate data reporting and analysis capability knowledge to develop actionable insights that will improve business results
EDUCATION
- Required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5+ years in National Sales Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing or operational experience with major accounts
- Demonstrate an interest and skillset suited to eCommerce and retail technology
- Strong analytical skills with experience combining disparate data sources to develop actionable insights
- Demonstrate critical thinking, resiliency, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Role is based in person in Cincinnati office – requires a minimum 3 days a week in office
- Travel is required for this role
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Direct Store Delivery or within the Coca-Cola system
- Have experience leading change and partnering with multiple stakeholders
