About the role

• Westwin Elements is seeking a dependable and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Fundraising Department. This role requires a trustworthy self-starter who can efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle various administrative tasks, including running errands.

What you'll do

• Manage and organize executive schedules, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Provide general administrative support, such as handling correspondence and preparing documents.
• Run errands as needed to support executives and the fundraising team.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy accessibility.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
