Warehouse Lead, Trenton, TX

Description

ECCXI an eCommerce subsidiary of Maytronics, is in search of Warehouse Lead for our Trenton, TX location. This position will support the returns team in processing of daily returns, 3PF returns, Walmart returns and Target returns.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive returns from UPS
• Processes all returns and submits them for refunds
• Processes all safety claims and follows up on claims
• Trains all new hires on returns processing
• Cycle counts all return and refurbished parts
• Supports other departments when returns is slow
• Answers customer questions in regards to returns and refund issues
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Qualifications

·        High School diploma

·        At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving

·        At least one year of experience in reverse Logistics and processing returns.

·        Good computer knowledge with experience using Excel and conducting data entry.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

·        Ability to work in a warehouse environment

·        Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
