Overview
Titan Security, of the fastest-growing privately-held security services providers in the state of Michigan, is currently hiring experienced security guards to work in the Dearborn, Michigan area.
Positions available include:
Responsibilities
Dispatcher
- Monitor CCTV Camera System
- Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations
- Answer Regular phones and Emergency phones.
- Monitor Alarm Panels
- Respond to Radio calls
- Write reports
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
Access Control Officer
- Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property
- Checking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate
- Understanding Marsec ( Maritime Security) Procedures
- Conduct Marsec Vehicle inspections
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience as a security officer
• TWIC Card preferred
Pay and Benefits:
• Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and assignment, from $12.25 to $14.00 / Hour
