We are seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role will be key in overseeing daily accounting operations, supporting the Controller, and leading office staff across a high-volume, multi-dealership environment.

The Office Manager will help lead and manage all OKC dealership accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple locations. The right candidate will bring strong dealership accounting knowledge, proficiency in CDK, and proven leadership skills to support the success of both the team and the organization.

 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage daily accounting functions for assigned dealership locations
• Supervise, hire, train, and mentor office staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration
• Review and monitor schedules, reconciliations, and financial reporting for accuracy and compliance
• Manage month-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and manufacturer reporting
• Ensure accounting processes follow corporate policies, internal controls, and manufacturer requirements
• Collaborate with department leaders (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Assist the Controller with financial statements, forecasting, and analysis
• Step in for the Office Manager/Controller as needed, providing leadership continuity

What We’re Looking for:

• 3–5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of CDK Dealer Management System (required)
• Experience managing accounting operations across multiple stores (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop office personnel
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
