We are looking to hire a full-time Key Holder/Housekeeper who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC’s core values. The keyholder must also be able to cover the front desk for breaks and is the go to person for the other housekeepers. You’ll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.
Position: Key Holder/Housekeeper  Job Type: Full-time Location: FFC Elmhurst Required Shifts: Evenings/Closing shifts  Compensation: $16.60 - 17.60 per hour 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
• Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement
• The key-holder must also be able to cover front desk for breaks and is the go to person for the other housekeepers
• Respond to the member's concerns, suggestions and requests
• Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
• Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
• You will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 
  • Sort, launder, fold linens and towels
  • Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility
  • Vacuum all carpeting
  • Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork.  Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains
  • Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal
  • Replenish bathroom supplies
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings
