Facility Security Officer - FSO

Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking for an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our security team.  As the FSO, you will be a key contributor to the security team and will be responsible for managing multiple cage codes and providing back up support to our SAP and SCI programs. 

The position works from our Arlington, VA headquarters which is above the Ballston Metro station.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for administering and overseeing the DOD collateral security program at our corporate facility to include ensuring DCSA compliance of multiple cage codes.
• Ensure personnel security records are accurate and clearances are maintained.  Provide back up support to our security clearance database team.  
• Assist with the development and distribution of security education training and monthly security education bulletins.
• Follow the 32 CFAR part 117 NISPOM rule and other government regulations, to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. 
• Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for successful security inspections and audits by DCSA.
• Maintain accurate records for the entire DOD collateral program.
• Issue DD-254s and sub-contracts, prepare visit authorization letters (VALs), and coordinate with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. 
• Maintain document control to include classified storage, classified mail and handling, and audits of documents.  Facilitate classified meetings, ensuring VARs have been received and conference rooms are prepped for meetings. 
• Assist with foreign travel briefings, ensuring staff are reporting and country briefings are provided as required.  
• Maintain the security operations Intranet portal, updating content and creating monthly security education updates.  
• Interface directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract. 
• Be the interface between the company and DCSA ISRs.  

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FSO Certificate for Possessing Facilities
• 3+ years of related facility security experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI  
• Working knowledge of 32 CFAR part 117 NISPOM rule and e-QIP, NISS and DISS
