Description
Job Details:For our Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for 40 hours a week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included.
Pay:
- $40-$43 an hour + shift differentials
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 6am-6pm): $4/hour
- Nights (Monday-Friday, 6pm-6am): $4/hour
- Weekend Nights (Saturday 6pm-Sunday 6am & Sunday 6pm-Monday 6am): $5/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
- Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provide excellent care!
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:- Valid LPN license in the state of OR
- 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
- Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
- Ability to pass a background check
- BLS Certification
