Five Star Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager for Northeast & Central Pennsylvania. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to join our team. The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales activities including the implementation of the sales department objectives and sales processes for complete goods. Also, responsible for all sales metrics for the region and attracts, retains, and effectively coaches the Sales Team.

This position is involved with the sale, rental, or leasing of all new and used John Deere and “allied” equipment, promoting the Parts and Service departments and for meeting customer’s needs and growing market share, while maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit and attaining sales unit targets.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Support sales professionals/account managers to strengthen key customer relationships and drive deal development through established sales process.
• Creates development plans for direct reports which include identifying training needs.
• Ensures sales metrics and goals are met for a specific region or customer segment.
• Ensures that a consistent sales process is followed for their region and customer segment.
• Recognize and reward team and individual sales professionals while ensuring consistent execution and accountability to the sales process.
• Ensures the sales document process is established and followed by sales team members for their region or customer segment.
