What are you going to do

As the Senior Communication Expert International Transformation Programme, you are member of the Programme Office, which is responsible to coordinate and safeguard the overall results of Ambition 2027 for International, and where necessary, steer the workstreams if the program's overall interest is under pressure – exception-based steering. It also challenges and sets guardrails to ensure that the program is delivered on time, within budget, with high quality, and delivering the expected value. Finally, it has an informative function by means of periodic reports and communication to all involved stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the overall communication of our transformation programme, Ambition 2027, within International and other relevant stakeholders in the countries (#10, except Netherlands). As the Senior Communication Expert International Transformation Programme you focus primarily on the progress of the programme:

• You will be responsible for developing content regarding the progress of the Programme and the underlying workstreams to various stakeholders
• You will work closely with the Programme office to understand the project goals, messaging, and different audiences to develop content that aligns with the project’s objectives
• In alignment with Corporate Communications, HR and the Programme office, you will develop content for various channels
• You will work together with Change managers to ensure employees within International understand and adopt a mindset change to achieve the programme’s objectives
• You advise and support the workstream Central Business Owners (CBOs) on communication matters, such as the right channel mix, presentation, storyline, style of communication, tone of voice, etc

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Who you are

You have an academic working and thinking level with relevant education and at least five years of experience in both drawing up strategic communication plans and their implementation in a similarly complex, corporate environment. In addition, we look for:
