In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to children. This position involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data throughout sessions using Hi Rasmus, and completing session notes after each visit. Sessions take place in the client's home, and a parent or guardian must be present at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children in a home setting using evidence-based ABA strategies
• Track and record data in Hi Rasmus throughout each session
• Submit a detailed session note after each session
• Follow all professional conduct guidelines, including no acceptace of gifts from families
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to support treatment goals
• (Optional) Create visual supports or activity sheets using Canva to support session goals

Requirements

• Must obtain or currently hold an RBT certification
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a home environment
• Comortable working with children of varying ages and abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and flexbility are a plus!

Benefits

• Part-time role - 10 hours per week
• 1099 position
• $27/hour
