We’re looking for a high performing Senior Associate of Operations to lead our Health operations team and lead strategic initiatives for our family of brands (Healthline, MedicalNewsToday, Greatist, Psych Central). As a Senior Associate, you will analyze performance and trends, model opportunities, and creatively plan our partner and website strategy. You will partner with senior leadership and functional leaders across the organization to implement data-backed solutions. You will also help onboard and coach our youngest associates, maximizing their potential and finding opportunities that accelerate their growth. The ideal candidate will be eager to jump into our fast-paced group, hungry to learn about our business, and have a passion for connecting our partners with health-seekers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day execution and analysis of commerce and affiliate campaigns across Healthline Media.
• Identify, design, test, and report on opportunities for account growth and optimization.
• Develop and deliver campaign performance reports and presentations.
• Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future conclusions.
• Collaborate across teams to contribute to ever-growing understanding of partner performance.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new product channels and stand up the operations to go to market.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure alignment in working toward meeting their target goals.
• Work hands-on with our associates through all the above, coaching them and developing them into highly effective and autonomous team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: consulting, finance, strategy, project management and/or business operations.
• Experience handling, analyzing and evaluating large and complex data sets. You are able to draw insights and convey recommendations succinctly. Experience in SQL is a plus.
• Data-driven marketers with strong quantitative and creative thinking skills for campaign optimization.
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and spirit to take initiative and ownership. Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize across different projects to focus resources on high-impact work.
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively across a plethora of functional roles.
• Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $90,000-$118,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
