Essential Job Responsibilities:
 Assist customers with beverage alcohol purchasing decisions.
 Maintain profit and loss guidelines.
 Conduct samplings and wine tastings in-store.
 Establish and maintain rapport with distributor community.
 Manage inventory levels and optimize productive inventory.
 Effectively work to cross-merchandise with other department heads.
 Responsible for product replenishment.
 Maintain signage program, Cellar Pack shelf talker, and six-pack carrier inventory.
 Routine stocking and daily conditioning of the department.

Minimum Requirements:
 Minimum Education: High school education.
 Previous wine/beer/spirits experience preferred.
 Previous sales experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Excellent communication skills.
 Previous experience with financial responsbility.
 Negotiation skills.
 Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements – Internal candidates:
 Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks.
 Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
 If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
