Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for one or more locations. As a member of the local leadership team, this position must lead by example, developing an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment. - 2+ years of previous experience in an office setting.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Background in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preparation is a plus, but not necessary.
