Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, polished service
Uphold and enforce Arlo’s service standards with consistency and attention to detail
Train, coach, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality
Actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable experiences
Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment between service and cuisine
Monitor floor flow, pacing, and presentation to support an elevated dining experience
Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
Maintain a professional, calm, and inspiring presence during high-volume or high-expectation service periods
Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-aspiring restaurant environment
Strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest engagement
Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a hospitality team
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
