What you'll do...
As a Program Manager in the Supply Chain Fiinance Team, you will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of processes and technology that support our supply chain operations. This role focuses on driving adoption of new tools and processes to improve financial outcomes. Leveraging the team’s data and strategic analysis, you will help meet business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and operational efficiency across Labor and Productivity Optimization, Supply Chain and Transportation Scheduling, and broader supply chain activities. You will work closely with various teams to plan and manage the rollout of scalable analytics solutions within our supply chain network. Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools is important, as you will prepare and use data insights to shape strategy and influence project priorities. This role requires a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, clear communication, and timely problem-solving. About the team Our Supply Chain Finance team partners closely with operations, providing high-quality analytics and data platforms to optimize productivity and support smooth execution. - Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field — or equivalent experience, including hands-on supply chain operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in program/product, operations support, or data storytelling (internships count).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communicator — able to turn data into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to solve real business problems.
- Comfort using Power BI, SQL, or other analytics
- Familiarity with supply chain operations or scheduling workflows.
- Experience supporting projects or products through analytics and helping guide roadmap decisions.
