The Role

Join our team of client-facing enthusiasts dedicated to delivering hands-on support. Experienced DMV solutions architect, able to translate customer requirements to a comprehensive business solution. This person will also need to understand the DMV Business and solution.  Responsible for business solution architecture that meets state requirements.

The Senior DMV Business Architect focuses on the structural and behavior-producing aspects of businesses. Addresses the business aspects of solutions and solution components through systemic analysis of, for example, business value, role-players, culture, components, information, processes, locations, etc. Mobilizes and orchestrates Kyndryl and third-party experts and communities of practice to provide rigorous conceptual leadership for the projects and ongoing relationships that deliver client business intent. Assesses overlaps, dependencies, stakeholder impact, and business and technical risk across various business initiatives. Shapes strategy by influencing prioritization of change initiatives in light of what is possible from both a business and technology perspective. Bridges gaps between business and IT personnel by helping the enterprise document its operational business design based on sound principles and standards.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience
• Full stack business application architecture skills
• Understand decomposition of business requirements from analysis into user stories for development team.
• Experience working at a client site in customer facing facilitator role.
• History of facilitating business requirements gathering in English.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
• Experience with business process modelling and business process re-engineering.
• Experience documenting business solutions through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Experience with business analysis on agile development projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience 

• Knowledgeable on the State of Wyoming, and Virginia DMV Solution.
• Ability to work on site with customer in Richmond, Virginia.
• Technically competent in multiple project areas - data conversion, development, Microsoft Azure, interfaces, training, testing, project management.
• Experience with organizational change management and end user training.
• Business Architecture certification(s).
• Other related professional certifications.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $110,880  to $210,600    based on a full-time schedule.  
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
