Procurement Data intern-1

Job Summary

Support the global procurement team in terms of data & technology, by ensuring global procurement policy and procedures are followed. Enabling the implementation of new processes and tools inclusive of (data) governance and controls are in place globally.

• Employ process/data mining techniques to achieve process synchronization, leading IFF’s processes to best in class
• Support programs – consisting of a single or multiple project(s) – to upgrade the technology landscape for procurement from a data and process perspective.  
• Support opportunities for globalization and automation of administrative activities related to sourcing processes, clearance processes,  master data and costing
• Support Sr. Procurement Leaders as well as cross functional leaders in strategic projects enabling the company to achieve it’s strategic objectives.  
• Support Ad Hoc projects as assigned to support Global Procurement strategy
• Tool agnostic mindset, leveraging technical and data expertise to drive standardization and optimization.
• Other duties as ordered by the direct manager
