POSITION SUMMARY – New Grad BCBA (Start Your Career Strong!)
Full Time – $70,000–$90,000 + Benefits & Growth Opportunities Part Time – $65–$80/hour

At Precious Care ABA, we’re looking for motivated, newly certified BCBAs who are ready to jump in, learn fast, and make a real impact. You won’t be thrown in alone — you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while building your confidence, skills, and caseload the right way.
You’ll collaborate with RBTs/BTs to design and implement ABA treatment plans, while growing into a strong clinical leader who supports, trains, and mentors your team.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs in home and community settings
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs in the field
- Lead and mentor your team as you grow into a confident clinical leader
- Review session notes and data to track client progress
- Provide parent training and guidance
- Build strong, professional relationships with families

Requirements
- - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- - Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a clinical setting
- - Strong background in behavioral health and group therapy
- - Proficiency in data collection and analysis for treatment planning
- - Ability to provide individual and group counseling effectively
