Position Summary:
The Director, CAMZYOS Brand Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness, will lead cross-functional strategic alignment and decision-making for the global brand narrative, SCOUT-HCM indication launch, lifecycle management (LCM) including label optimization and opportunities for future growth, and competitive strategy for current and future market entrants.
This role provides enterprise-level brand leadership across the full lifecycle, shaping how CAMZYOS is positioned, activated, and sustained in an increasingly complex and competitive environment to maximize brand impact and long-term value.
This individual will serve as a key commercial partner for enterprise innovation and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring a strong commercial voice in the development, prioritization, and deployment of emerging tools to drive scale, consistency, and impact across the brand.
This role works closely with the Executive Director and VP Brand Lead on Unified Business Planning (UBP) and Customer Impact Planning (CIP), ensuring strategic coherence and prioritization across key functions to drive performance. Key Responsibilities:
Global Brand Strategy and Stewardship
Own the development, evolution, and governance of the UBP and narrative, ensuring strategic differentiation and evolution with key market dynamics
Represent commercial in lifecycle management (LCM) planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities, sequencing, and investment decisions across the brand horizon
Partner with Medical Affairs and Publications to shape long‑term data and evidence generation strategy, ensuring proactive planning of key evidence needs aligned to brand priorities, lifecycle management, and future market dynamics
Indication Launch and Competitive Leadership
Provide strategic leadership for SCOUT-HCM indication launch, partnering closely with the markets
Own integrated competitive strategy development, including scenario planning, strategic response frameworks, and preparation for current and future market entrants
Strategic Innovation, AI Enablement, and Ways of Working
Partner with enterprise innovation and AI teams to ensure commercial needs inform the prioritization, design, and deployment of new capabilities
Work with the broader brand team to embed innovative tools to maximize commercial effectiveness
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience, with demonstrated success in strategy roles within complex, matrixed organizations ; commercial experience strongly preferred
Proven experience leading enterprise‑level strategic planning, including strong financial acumen, disciplined investment thinking, and risk‑based decision‑making
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, aligning and mobilizing cross‑functional teams to drive performance in a matrix environment
Strong analytical and insight‑driven capabilities, with experience leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to inform strategy and decisions
Excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear strategic implications for senior leaders and stakeholders
