Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. 

Education / Experience Required: Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree. Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

WIll also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge. Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software. Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status. Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third party vendors to resolution and coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliances.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $38.03 to $76.06 per hour; from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
