Being a Senior Member Relationship Specialist starts by building relationships that are founded on people, cooperation, service and trust – and it is fundamental in how we distinguish ourselves in the financial services industry.

Your primary duties as a Senior Member Service Representative are to help branch management lead the day-to-day operations within a branch environment. In addition to leading teams and coaching branch staff, you will help in the handling of difficult situations with the utmost professionalism and tact. You will also be responsible for deepening credit union relationships through expanded services and service channels, opening accounts for both new and existing Members, and helping Members with their borrowing needs. We love to help our members succeed, and it starts by hiring people impassioned by serving the best interests of others!As a Senior Member Service Representative, the ideal candidate also has:A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma 2 years' experience in a retail sales / cash handling environment.
Compensation: Base starting range: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour commensurate with experience.Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
