DATA ANALYST  

POSITION SUMMARY   

The Data Analyst  will be responsible for identifying key revenue drivers and developing strategies to maximize revenues and drive business growth. The role  will be responsible for developing strategies, building the analytics/reports to measure performance against those strategies, and identifying solutions to improve performance. The role will be highly cross-functional and will interact with multiple teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, & Sales.    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• High-level vision to understand Natera’s business and managed care environments.  
• Measure the the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities
• Develop appropriate monthly, quarterly and year-over-year dashboards to reflect marketing performance across corporate marketing Analyze and quantify marketing initiatives and track ROI.
• Forecast marketing to sales pipeline based on trends and modeling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting or corporate strategy with preference for candidates with strong healthcare operational experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Omniture or similar platform
• Experience with Data Warehouses, Analysis Services, SQL Server, WinSQL or other SQL applications desired
• Excellent analytic and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions to business issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-past, competing deadline driven environment.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as QlikView, Snowflake, preferred.  

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $30.00 - $46.00/hr.  Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
