Job Purpose

   
Support the Lead, Performance assurance in delivering Modular’s Performance Assurance (PA) process including coordinating Modular resources and data gathering, analysis and reporting using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Develop, track, and report on customer improvement plans using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Maintain up-to-date Modular product knowledge, including known issues and conduct regular reviews of the customer JoiFUL logs with the customer and required Modular resources using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, develops and tests software modules that make up Modular’s products using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills Using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture, and Computer Networks.  Participates in development of new systems as well as maintenance of existing systems using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture, and Computer Networks.  Develops proof of concepts as well as unit tests, automation tests and simulations to ensure high quality deliverables using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture, and Computer Networks.  Closely follows product development process and industry-accepted development practices and techniques to deliver high quality results on time using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture, and Computer Networks.  Works closely with product introduction and regional teams to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture, and Computer Networks.   Performs analysis, estimates work and creates and updates software architecture and design using the knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using UML; Data Analysis Skills using Machine Learning Algorithms and Frameworks; and Operation System, Computer Architecture
