Description
The Retirement Plan Strategies Leader provides outstanding personalized service to their clients through the bank’s premiere financial services. They are responsible for leading their team to achieve long term growth, provide clients a great experience, and contribute to corporate level initiatives such as training, marketing and business program development. They cater to the customer with a focus on growing and protecting the client’s assets and seek to make a positive impact on the communities in which they live and work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Commercial Lending & Treasury Management on identifying prospects.
- Identify platform(s) to use for Retirement Plan Business.
- Create a consistent process across Divisions for prospecting business.
- Establish a Service Level Agreement far exceeding client expectations.
- Adhere to the complexity of retirement plan administration and compliance.
- Establish processes and procedures that align with corporate goals and initiatives

- Oversees Wealth Partners Retirement Plan Business
- Creates best practices for Wealth Partners on engaging with Plan Sponsor

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Employer Sponsored Retirement Plan services and strategy. Demonstrated expertise in implementation and conversion of existing plans. 7+ years’ experience in Wealth Management or a related field required. 10+ years’ worth of wisdom in banking, financial services preferred. Prior sales and new business development experience required. Management and recruiting of team members will be required over time. Proven experience advising clients of investments, pre- and post-retirement, education funding, and financial planning. CFP or similar professional designation preferred. Retirement specific industry designation (QRPC, CRP) preferred. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses plus PA Life & Health license are preferred but not required. A background screening will be conducted.
