The Senior Product Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior ServiceNow Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of our suite of technology workflow products (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM/HAM, CSM). In this key role, you will work closely with internal customers to understand their processes and pain points, translating their needs into detailed requirements for our development team. You will be a critical link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, using data and analysis to help shape and refine solutions that enhance user experience and provide measurable business value.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for our technology workflow products; define, and refine features, user stories, and enhancements based on business value and user needs
  • Act as the primary advocate for our users, gaining a deep understanding of their needs through user interviews, feedback sessions, and data analysis to champion solutions that genuinely enhance their experience and productivity
  • Translate complex business and technology needs into clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for the ServiceNow development team
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure the success, performance, and adoption of ServiceNow products; use data-driven insights to inform future product decisions and demonstrate ROI
  • Evaluate and prioritize all new feature and enhancement requests, ensuring development capacity is balanced across various stakeholder needs while maintaining transparent communication on all prioritization decisions
  • Serve as a dedicated Product Owner within our agile/scrum framework, creating and clearly communicating product backlog items, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring the development team fully understands the product vision and priorities for each sprint
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role such as product analyst, business systems analyst, or product owner, with at least 3 years focused specifically on the ServiceNow platform
  • Deep expertise in several core ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, and HAM
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with globally dispersed development teams
  • Proven track record of managing a product backlog and leading an agile team to deliver successful platform enhancements from concept to launch
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, performing process mapping, and translating them into detailed user stories and functional specifications
  • Experience with building out or maintaining a mature CMDB
  • Advanced certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are highly preferred
