GIS Analyst / HPM

The GIS Analyst position will support all planning related services through GIS data management and analysis. In this role, you may be required to travel up to 25-50% of the time

Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze data to create reports and presentations that support multiple planning activities that may include: facility master planning, boundary/zoning analysis, population/census analysis, site selection, student potential/build-out analysis.
 

Responsible for managing GIS tech support or outside GIS vendor support.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Geography [GIS Specialty] or Bachelor’s Degree + GIS Certification preferred 

5-10 Years’ GIS Experience

Experience in K-12 education, Higher Ed, Manufacturing/Distribution, Transportation/Logistics, Entertainment/Hospitality, or related industries

Experience in management of GIS team 

Proficient in ESRI and Microsoft products 

Clear communication skills in all formats (written, spoken, social media, public presentations, etc.) on behalf of HPM
