Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service. 

 

Real Estate Intern

YOUR MISSION

• Analysis of competitor growth analysis throughout the Americas (store count + size)
• Build a process to share mall/ competitor performance with internal stakeholders
• Identify trends within different mall, city, states throughout the Americas
• Work with brokers and own lease records to show rent progression in key cities / streets and create a presentation on the results / recommendations /takeaways
• Assist Store Planning on timeline management and effectively communicate any red flags to Real Estate and Maisons
• Monitor current events related to the real estate and luxury retail nationwide and prepare a presentation highlighting top trends to Real Estate
• Shadow team members in office and out of office market visits

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
• Strong interest in Real Estate and Luxury Retail
• Must be age 18 or older to participate
• Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

This is a paid internship.  Salary: $20-25/hourly
