The Sr. Manager, Program Integrator for the Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) Program will be responsible for the seamless integration and execution of program activities to ensure the successful delivery of the CRAW system to the United States Navy. This role involves coordinating across multiple functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to meet program objectives and customer requirements. The Program Integrator will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure programming milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

  • This onsite position will be based out of our Portsmouth RI facility.  Centrally located in New England, our facility is an easy drive or train ride to Boston (1 hour) or New York City (3 hours). What You Will Do:

  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal integrated product teams and functional organizations including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and administrative functions
  • Display strong communication, and presentation skills, influence management, and be comfortable with both internal and external stakeholder interaction at all levels of leadership.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by the program leadership teams to drive program success
  • Prepare, update and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), such as gate reviews and the Gate Evaluation and Management (GEM) tool, the program Earned Value Management System (EVMS), a
