We prioritize curiosity and empathy in all of our hiring decisions.</p></div><h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Projects Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure Projects team. This team is dedicated to managing a range of initiatives, from large-scale build-outs and relocation projects to targeted infrastructure service improvements. </p> <p>As a client-facing engineer, you will regularly interact with C-suite stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication, and expectation setting is imperative. The location options for this role are: Boston, CA Bay Area, or New York, with frequent local travel required within the greater region surrounding those areas. Occasional travel to other Pliancy hubs may be necessary. </p> <h3><strong>What is the work like?</strong></h3> <p>Many of our clients are showing consistent growth. This manifests as a lot of movement into and out of office spaces. In both of our client verticals, we find ourselves:</p> <ul> <li>Joining owner, architect, and contractor calls to work closely with construction teams and their subcontractors for pieces that impact low-voltage and audiovisual installations.</li> <li>Designing, ordering, and implementing a full network stack (switching, firewalls, and wireless). </li> <li>Partnering with internet service providers and working with them from site surveys to circuit activation.</li> <li>Scoping and installing AV hardware for high-traffic conference rooms, executive suites, and hybrid collaboration spaces</li> </ul> <p>There is a lot of on-site work, but there will be instances where you are doing various, remote value-add efforts (predictive wireless surveys, license renewals, maintenance, or post-installation support).</p> <h3><strong>Who are we looki
