Customer Service Agent – French speaking (all genders)

Your role

As a Customer Service Agent at Sunday Natural, you play a key role in providing our customers with an outstanding experience. Through clear, knowledgeable, and empathetic support, you help answer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills contribute significantly to customer satisfaction, brand trust, and long-term loyalty. In doing so, you help us uphold our commitment to excellence in natural health and wellness.

• Answer customer inquiries via email and chat to provide high-quality support and resolve issues
• Forward requests to our logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Serve as the first point of contact for pre- and post-sales inquiries
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences – within the framework of the 'Heilmittelwerbegesetz' (HWG)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations and delivering the best possible customer service

Your profile

• C1/C2 level French and at least B1/B2 level English skills, along with regular attendance at the Berlin office – this is not a remote position!
• Previous professional experience in a customer-oriented role, such as Customer Service Agent, Inside Sales Manager, or Call Center Representative
• Ability to clearly prioritize your daily tasks, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills
• Strong hands-on mentality, endurance, and patience when dealing with inquiries, as well as quick comprehension
• Quick thinking and proactive work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
