Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
• Ensure the international transfer of production technology.
• Initiate and coordinate the development of required production technologies in time.
• Lead the development, validation and implementation of production technologies.
• Lead the improvement of production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Initiate, define and lead all required measures to ensure that the most efficient production technologies are provided to the production.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering
• 10 to 15 years
