Provides support, consultation and testing for enterprise paperless system configuration and web applications.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Serving as liaison between Providers, vendors, and enterprise business stakeholders related to eBusiness; identifying opportunities for eBusiness growth and expansion.
• Monitoring the implementation of eBusiness strategies, business plans and Internet-related technology plans.
• Performing root cause analysis to improve customer valued solutions and ensuring corporate continuity.
• Interacting with senior level managers and integrating their business needs into company wide eBusiness systems. Assisting with system testing and approvals prior to implementation of various system configurations, enhancements and new technology products.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 3 years - Technical or operational experience required

Skills\Certifications

• Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Understanding of ANSI format, institutional and Professional claims billing

Job Specific Requirements: 

Preferred Experience:

Experience with real-time EDI transactions for healthcare (270/271, 276/277, 278)

Working knowledge of HIPAA X12 requirements and CAQH CORE Operating Rules

Experience with web service endpoint client tools (SoapUI, Postman)

Data mining experience across different database technologies (IBM DB2, MS SQL, Sybase)
