Scope:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders, providing pricing and delivery, answering phones, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints. This position works closely with the production teams to meet the industry’s needs through RegO’s network of OEM’s, Distributors, Flow Control and Intercompany customers. Assist customers with certain levels of technical questions. The Customer Service Representative is expected to be a customer advocate and represent RegO to our customers.
This role will go through comprehensive training on the products that RegO sells and the markets it serves to ensure the Customer Service Representative is equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform all assigned duties.
What You'll Do:

Process customer’s Purchase Orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Maintain and display a helpful and positive attitude towards new and existing customers and help promote the company.

Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete notifying the proper sales manager when discrepancies are seen during order entry.

Work closely with Shipping to coordinate proper shipping methods and required documents.

Responsible for issuing customer Return Authorizations (RGA’s) whenever necessary.

Responsible for capturing quality issue details:

Document in the RGA issues.

Respond to customer with the corrective action when required.

Maintain customer goodwill by responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
