About the Role:Join Midas - CTMID as a Service Advisor in Springfield, VA, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and their vehicle service needs. This exciting role offers a chance to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Prepare and present accurate service estimates and invoices to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and customer records efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive service advising preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
