Let's start with the role:

You will join an autonomous Agile team and work closely with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, SET and other Software Engineers to create a competitive advantage for Kaizen and offer a unique online experience to our customers. Besides being part of the Agile team, you will work closely talented frontend professional within the Chapter. 🙌

As a Frontend Engineering - Team Lead you will:

• Develop modern applications for our products using cutting-edge technologies
• Guide your team by analyzing and implementing new features, primarily focusing on our Sportsbook platform and its various services
• Participate in requirements elicitation and technical analysis
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the customer experience
• Work alongside the Principal Engineer and your team members to oversee the entire development cycle of new features

Equally important, you will lead your fellow software engineers by developing their skills and fostering a culture of open communication and support as well as acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders.

Tech stack:

VueJS v.3, MVC (razor), VueX, Typescript, Tailwind, Storybook, Jest,  REST API, Microservices, Containers.

What you'll bring

• Proficient in a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, Vue, or React)
• Extensive experience across all levels of the testing pyramid
• Deep understanding of software architecture
• Broad knowledge of Javascript, client libraries, frameworks, web performance, and security
• Experience in building secure, scalable, and highly available distributed applications
• Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of TypeScript and back-end components written in C# and .NET Core is a significant advantage
• A passion for coaching fellow software engineers
• Strong desire to lead a software development team to peak performance.
