Physical Analysis Lab Arizona provides time-critical analyses for manufacturing to drive gross margin improvement and new product introduction and for business and R&D groups to enable technology introduction. What we support;
► 24x7 Contamination Analysis
► Technology Transfer
► Tools and Process Qualifications
► CQI Support
► Materials characterization
► Process Qualifications
► Trouble shooting &Root Cause Identification
► Product group support – NPI, NTI
► Competitor Analysis

The ideal candidate will provide detail chemical analysis using variety of chemical analysis techniques, root cause analysis and written report, and support and work across multiple groups within NXP.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mass spectroscopy, ion chromatography, x-ray techniques and other chemical analysis techniques
• Good understanding in semiconductor materials and processes and 5S protocol is a plus
• BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics
