We work jointly with our platform partner and other partners out of the OpenStack ecosystem to create a highly innovative public cloud product based on European security and data protection standards.</p><p>We are looking for people who are professionals and evangelists with a great deal of enthusiasm for cloud technology and who are up to the challenges created by the development and operation of a hyper-scale public cloud.</p><p>We offer a unique insight into how a large public cloud works under the hood, intercultural teamwork, flat hierarchies, and an independent working-style.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Jira automation and ServiceNow integration: Design, implement, and manage automation workflows in Jira and ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow.</li><li>Tool development for operational efficiency: Develop and implement tools to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance the quality of services provided.</li><li>Collaborative team environment: Work as part of a dedicated team of specialists, fostering an open, collaborative, and trusting environment where team members support one another.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>Java</strong> with experience in developing scalable and efficient applications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Groovy</strong>, particularly for scripting and automation tasks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Scriptrunner</strong>, including creating and managing custom scripts for Jira automation and customization.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong>, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills, with experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams.</li><li>CV in English is a must.</li></ul>
