Job DetailsJob Location: CSS - ATLANTA, GA 30341Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeThis position is perfect for a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage many jobs and keep up a job list with different deadlines. The Digital/Print Manager will help digitize a number of forms, manuals, and materials. They will also produce printed materials as needed. They will also need to acquire production supplies and collateral goods at a cost-effective rate to effectively support the institution. Manages inventories and maintains effective data records.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Convert a printing resource center to a digital documents resource center.
2. Receive, process and track requests from campuses and departments, including a Monthly Materials and Forms order.
3. Maintain acceptable inventories for marketing materials, promotional items, and campus supplies.
4. Manage off-site printing and forms being outsourced
5. Interact with the different campuses and departmental needs.
6. Track cost allocation of invoices to campuses, outside vendors, and submit them to the Director of Marketing.
7. Manage our outside vendors for all campus copiers and help maintain them.
8. Manage weekly shipping and distribution of payroll.
9. Receives and processes copy requests on a daily basis.
10. Assists in coordinating the negotiating pricing with the Director of marketing.
QualificationsFull-time hours for the job are 10-2pm and 3-7pm, Mon-Friday. (Part-time is negotiable)
Must be detail-oriented, able to carry heavy boxes, can cover several jobs a day.
Associate degree or some college preferred.
