Responsibilities
· Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes
· Collaborate with Sr. Management, VA personnel, Product Owners, subject matter experts, Enterprise Architecture and interface delivery teams on the development of standardized interface design documentation to improve interface delivery efficiency
· Document Imaging Interface implementation strategies and architectures
· Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture team on Imaging Interface design
· Oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies
· Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, as a point for escalations
· Provide integration oversight for engagements and provide support to project team members so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed
· Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams
· Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality with relation to integration and stability
· Provide strategic guidance, lead, and drive rapid customer and partner adoption by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams
· Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
· Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels while explaining transformational concepts to executive decision-makers and influencing their technology strategy
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
· Understanding of interfaces between EMR and 3rd party systems, with a knowledge of interface protocols such as HL7 and DICOM
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
· Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Plus: Proficiency in technologies such as Millennium, Oracle Health Integration Engine, etc.
· Ability to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable for your position
· Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
