Job description  

We are looking for an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Team Lead to support one of our RPO Clients in the investment management sector.

In this role you will lead your team to deliver on campus and early careers hiring for UK and Europe. You will oversee operations, strategy, and innovation, as you showcase your expertise in providing value-add solutions, delivery best practice University hiring.

The Early Careers Recruitment Team Lead will build and extend relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, by effectively driving delivery to agreed timescales, sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates.   

Job location: on site Central London, UK

In this role you will:  

• Partner with the client to translate their campus and early career hiring needs into an actionable recruitment strategy which you will then lead your team to execute the delivery of
• Drive commitment and consistency to hiring top talent against a high volume campus strategy
• Lead on all aspects of the campus recruiting strategy, including overseeing the attraction, selection and offer process
• Work with the client and KF Leadership to define a cohesive events strategy, both virtual and in-person, to engage top campus talent for current and future hiring needs
• Training and mentoring the team in creative sourcing strategies, continuously developing a talent pool that targets key groups
• Partnering with the KF Leadership team to drive forward D&I and CI projects

To be successful in this position you will have:   

• The ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
• The full legal right to work in the UK now and in the future without any form of work visa/authorization sponsorship
• Proven success in creating and executing campus and early careers hiring programs
• Proven success leading local and remote teams
• Demonstrable track record of KPI achievement and delivery customer excellence
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt interpersonal style with stakeholders at all levels
• Clear ability to analyse and interpret data to diagnose the root cause of issues, as well as utilising that data to drive the narrative and problem solving with the client
• Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Willingness to adapt to new processes and ways of working, adapting your stance to effectively deal with changes
